AMD High Definition Audio Device

So for some reason I have lost my sound and I have been trying to figure it out. I came across this when searching how to fix it and don't know what to do about this. I read that it has to do with the graphics card, I also read some people experience sound loss also when this popped up. Not sure what it has to do with the graphics card or why it would effect my sound... any help?

Go to your motherboard manufacturers website and download and install the latest drivers for your sound. I would also go to the Device Manager on your computer and see if there any devices that show up as 'Other Devices'. They usually have a yellow triangle with an ! in the middle. If there you need to find the drivers for those as well.

Yeah, I've checked the device manager, says everything is working. I've uninstalled them and reinstalled them even. Went the MSI and downloaded the drivers from there too. Cannot figure it out, every support page I go to no one knows what to do.
