Question AMD mATX boards with intel NIC exists?!

Hi,
I've been looking for b450/550m boards that are not realtek based (onboard) - Running Linux based systems.

Seems like all of them running Realtek (that I found) - strange.

My Asus Prime x470 pro had Intel NIC but AMD and Intel are not exactly friends and prone to share technology.
