Amd motherboard under $150?

Hey guys i'm new to Tom's Hardware, nice to meet you all. I've been here through the forums for a while but now i've decided i need your help.

I want to build my own cheap gaming computer.

I already have a graphics card (dual x r9 280x).

I havent got anything else, but i just need help on the motherboard and cpu.

Can you guys give me a good motherboard/cpu that can be a great combo with my graphics card?

A cpu of 4.0ghz or more is what im looking for, and i am limited to only $350.

If you have $350 for the CPU and mobo you should go with Intel. The ghz don't matter so much as the architecture.
This is good if you want to OC. You can add the cooler later and just wait to OC.
