I still question why these GPU companies are just now putting these cards out. We have what 3 to 4 months left of Eth mining... I know we have a few other POW coins we can move to after this but at greatly reduced profitability. some of these cards will be straight trash within 6 months...

While PoS may make mining new blocks significantly less profitable in itself, mining new blocks will still have value in increasing the number of validators you can stake and earn transaction fees from. ETC mining won't disappear overnight if ever.

Lol.... There will always be new coins to mine... Prior to eth, many were mining litecoin, doge etc.

This particular mining GPU has horrible stats: hot as an oven, bad Hashrate and probably very expensive.

People are under the false impression that PoS will make PoW mining go away.
It will still be going strong for a couple more years, at least.
