AMD New Display Driver Troubles

Alright so AMD released their new 16.12.1 Display Driver on the 8th and I was having troubles installing it. Whenever I would try and install it, it would just tell me the Display Driver installation failed in the Log and that my driver "partially installed." So I gave it another try at installing the 16.12.1 driver today and it installed, FINALLY! And then... after the restart of "your drivers successfully installed my screen went berserk, crazy, and spastic, all at the same time! I restarted my computer and everything seemed like it was working good. So I was playing some CS:GO community server and I was like, "Huh, my frame rate is lower than it usually is maybe it's just this map and I haven't noticed before, I'll go play some Battlefield 1 and see though." and my BF1 frame rate was like 16fps it was like an awful slideshow. So I uninstalled the driver through AMD's installation wizard thing and installed the driver again, that didn't work. So I Clean Uninstalled the driver and reinstalled it and THAT DIDN'T WORK!!! So I uninstalled that again and went and got 16.11.2 and this driver works perfectly! So pretty much I want to try out all the new stuff released on AMD's new 16.12.1 driver but AMD just keeps giving me the big middle finger every time I want to install it. Not sure if I should just wait until they release another new driver and try that or if someone on here could help me out, that would be much appreciated!

Wait until they release a fixed driver. Use the extra time to enjoy playing CS:GO. Don't let AMD flush your free time down the toilet.
