Hey everybody,
Someone offered me the following graphic card:
http://www.sapphiretech.com/presentation/product/?cid=1&gid=3&sgid=1227&pid=2086&psn=&lid=1&leg=0

I have this graphic card installed on my PC:
http://www.evga.com/Products/Product.aspx?pn=04G-P4-3768-KR

Now, I once saw a video about SLI & CROSSFIRE in the same PC but that was 4 cards and each couple has their technology (a video by Linus Tech Tips through YouTube).

My question is if there's any way that I can use both graphic cards in my pc together?

I know it might be a weird question but I would love to get a normal explanation..

Thanks ahead!
Asaf

So you all say I should sell the R9 for another GTX 760?

Well, the friend's comment here on top of you said something else.
So according to his comment getting 2 760 with 4GB will do better than 1 290 with 4GB.
So I'm really confused :D

When you SLI or Crossfire® cards it seems like they are less stable. Like if you put 4 cards together, each card isn't trying as hard as it could because it doesn't have the option to. There is also the problem with airflow. One of the cards (the one on top) will be suffocated by the other. If you want the best performance go with the 2x760s but if you want better stability go with the 290.

So basically if I would like to go with performance it's better to start water cooling my PC?
Just asking..

Well, the thing is, some games, e.g. FarCry 3, don't support 2 cards so you are only getting the performance out of one card. Water cooling is an option but it does void the warranty. So, in the end, it is up to you whether you want to take the risk of SLI 760s being unstable or the 290 which is more stable and probably won't see a difference in performance. I seemed to have convinced myself to go with the 290 but the 760s are an option.

OK - I'll have to think about it a bit more than I thought.

Thank you all for helping out.
I wish I could choose all of you guys as the solution but I can choose only one.
