No mention of the 10 series N17X laptops coming in August? The GPU is an under clocked full version 10 series GP104.

lol Hyper settings probably just means that this game (and probably others) doesn't even use half of the 8gb that the card has so they probably using the extra memory to cache more information. Maybe something they learned from the 970 3.5/.5 GB, I still wish there was 4GB of 1070 that *could* have brought the MSRP from 379.99 to 329.99 for those of us who still plan on gaming @1080p or even maybe 1440p.

Weren't they out at the same time?

I am slightly annoyed that every major new game release has a new driver but I guess that is the way things are now. Considering the number of times I've been burned by a bad driver release and had to roll back it makes me a bit nervous.

Nah, AMD's was available Monday (later in the day, IIRC, East Coast US), and Nvidia's only showed up yesterday.
