1. Which one is better?
2. Which one will overclock better?
3. Which one will be better for recording Minecraft and League of Legends?
4. Will I have to use a non-haswell-refresh CPU to update BIOS so I can use my G3258?

If you have time, please answer my questions, this is as far as I can go with my budget, so please don't recommend any more expensive stuff, other than that any comment is appreciated.

Solution
Positive. AMD builds suck the life out of a PSU with lower watts. AMD consumes way more power than intel which is why your friend is fine. Trust me just spend the extra 5 euro and get the XFX. You will thank me in the long run.

the reviews and testing all show the pentium besting the x4 in games and it's cheaper. the 1150 slot also allows for a huge amount of cpu's to upgrade to at a later date when you wish to upgrade.

the 750ti gpu is also a little better than the 270 so that is a better choice as well.

Really? I thought the 270 beat the 750 Ti quite a bit in EVERY game.

The 750 Ti makes 260x-265 performance. 270 will not beat it in every game but it will still beat it. I would not go with either build to be honest. Why? That PSU will not be able to handle them. Get a 450w Pro series xfx for 35 euro. You wont be able to OC the G3258 legitimately.. There are ways around it but since you dont have an after market cooler I dont suggest it at all. http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/VdZMyc Dont get the AMD build. Intel wins in both minecraft and and league. By a lot. If you were to be playing BF4 that would be a different story but you RAM wont allow you to do that in the first place so we wont go there. Im not sure what recording you are going to do with 160gb but it cant be much.
