AMD or Intel for gaming

The I3 will be better cpu for gaming but you will also have to look at what video card options they come with for a gaming laptop you have to be careful on what you are looking at because what you buy it with you are stuck with so make sure it has a good video card.

^+1. The integrated graphics on the Intel I3 are pretty crappy and will loose out in gaming to the Radeon 4200 on the IGP the Turion II is paired with. Assuming both CPUs are paired with the same dedicated GPU, the I3 would likely be better for gaming.
