I live in Bangladesh. Here the average temperature is about 30 degree Celsius, so which will be better for me between amd fx 8350 and intel core i5........for rough usage and gaming, which one will give me less issue in case of over heating? TIA :).

I live in Miami where its often in the 90s. One of my friends has an amd 8350 and has had no issues at all with overheating issues with a 212 evo. Either cpu will be fine, though the intels do run cooler.

The Intel's run cooler? I see ton's of threads where the I5's run in the 70's C normal, with a few people having spikes in to the 90 plus region.
My 8350 runs in the low 50's in normal use. Mildly overclocked.

Perhaps the OP is asking which is less sensitive to high ambient temps? Given identical cooling solutions and ambient temps, the I5's can probably handle higher ambient, since their max thermals are a lot higher. Their TDP is lower in most cases. Less watts makes for less heat in general.

Cost may be a significant factor in Bangladesh. Can you buy, for example, an 8350 plus good mobo plus say..a H100i, for what a I5 plus mobo plus considerably less effective cooler costs? Or less? And how hot of a video card will the OP be using, and where will it dump it's heat? Blower style card or internally vented card?

A lot of things make a difference. Getting a good airflow case, with a few extra fans, and using a good cpu cooler will make far more of a difference than what brand you use. Humidity will also be an issue for the OP.

Please link to these threads. I've never seen anything about intels going that high other than over clocked stress tests or coolers not installed correctly.

Runs the gamut from cool to hot.

I see about one every couple of days.

Again, my point was that neither brand of cpu has inherent cooling problems given similar cooling solutions.
Rather, that knowing his pc will operate in a hot and humid environment, he should pay more attention to/spend more money on cooling than someone who's PC operates in a climate controlled 22C environment.

The Op's overall budget will also have an effect on what he can do. An extra $50 on cpu cooler/ case fans is probably a good idea over what a lot of people would build. Regardless of brand.

Thats nonsense. All of these are oc and all but one are using the stock cooler. One even said they were stress testing. These threads are not good evidence.

Listen, OP, intels run cooler period. they are lower tdp parts usually even with stock cooling. If your cooler is put on right (no loose push pins) then the intel stock will run cooler than a competing amd stock. oc intel will run cooler than an oc amd if the same paste and cooler are used.
