AMD or NVidia for Adobe premire and Camtasia

Hi,
I am building a video editing rig and planning to buy a Ryzen R7 1800X CPU with Asus Prime X370 Pro mobo. The biggest problem is that 1800X does not seem to have a GPU in built so I must buy a graphics card with it. Should I wait for AMD Vega or go ahead with GTX 1080 Ti?

I am going to use camtasia and adobe premier pro for video editing. What do you recommend Adobe or AMD?

adobe has cuda acceleration support for older versions. newer versions favor opencl. amd is better in opencl.
