i know there are many many opinions, i just want to know one thing, what's better when gaming (i don't care about the budget)

well, you can get a better gaming card from nvidia, such as the gtx 780, 780Ti, or you can go all the way to the top at the gtx Titan. and for a little cheaper, the R9 290 is really good.

Honestly, you should buy the card that runs the game(s) you want better than the competitor. For example, if you want to play BF4, you should look at AMD due to Mantle.

Taking into account you are comparing similar cards.
AMD - Runs hotter, uses more power, less expensive.
Nvidia - Runs cooler, less power, more expensive.

Nvidia has ShadowPlay, I'm not sure if AMD has responded to this yet.

AMD has Mantle, but it seems as if DirectX and OpenGL will be doing the same thing as Mantle.

GTX 780 Ti is currently the fastest single GPU in the world, unsure of how the Titan Black Edition will fare, but it'll likely be up there in performance.

i have no certain budget i just want the card that will do better and last longer, also the card that has the better software

That is very debatable.
For example AMD has much better low end cards (although the 750ti is starting to close that gap, it is relatively expensive)
NVidia tends to win out on the high end mainly because coin miners have driven the prices of the AMD cards up

for a good, reliable long lasting card, a 760 is nice, along with R7 270 and higher.
