hey there
i found a great software for phenom users and thought to share in this club, maybe some one find it useful for them self
i was trying to get max performance and max power saving on my 1090t and using bios i can only do this with C&Q which was lowering my cpu to 800mhz @1.2v and for performance i was depending on turbo which only ups voltage by +0.075v over base voltage during turbo and turbo was limited to 3 cores only
after many search i found this software phenomMsr Tweaker ( http://phenommsrtweake.sourceforge.net/ )
and it is great
i can set individual voltage for each states, i can set number of cores to turbo and i can set clock speed for each state
now i am running
p4 state at 800mhz @0.9v,
p3 @1.6Ghz @ 1.0v,
p2 @2.4GHz @1.1v ,
p1 @3.6 @ 1.35v ,
p0 ( turbo state ) @4GHz on 4 cores @1.5v
and cool and quite is also ON
now i got power saving and performance when needed
just be caution because if you use bios overclock and this software together then the clocks and voltage will be different form what you will see in this software ( use hwinfo sensor to see real voltages and clocks )
