Hello! I'm kinda new in using AMD Overdrive. My first question is why is my memory clock is only at 533 - 1000 mhz? In videos I've seen it reach 1.4k mhz. And I found a tip that to not set the memory clock lower than the GPU clock so I did. But When I opened CSGO when I loaded the map BSOD appeared. Can anyone help? I want to increase my GPU performance for even a 10-20 fps boost.

My Specs:
Latest AMD Driver
VideoCard : AMD Radeon HD 5570
Processor: AMD Athlon II x4 620 Processor 2.60 ghz
RAM: 4gb
64 Bit OS

If I missed some info feel free to ask me it. Thanks in advance guys!

800Mhz is the card's stock memory clock. The BSOD is probably caused by an unstable OC or insufficient power from the PSU. Since it has DDR3 memory on it, it probably can't handle much more than 900MHz I'm guessing. But if you're trying to get more FPS out of it bump the memory clock up 50Mhz at a time while running a benchmark tool (valley benchmark is good) until it crashes and from there take 50-75MHz off so you have a stable OC. Same process for the core clock except go up 25MHz at a time.

I'm just curious. What do you think is the max that my PC can handle? I'm trying 700mhz GPU clock and 630mhz memory clock is it still quite good? Or is it too high.
