AMD overdrive Thermal Margin?

Hey guys, I have an AMD fx 6300 CPU and AOD says my thermal margin is about 59-61 degrees c at idle. is this a good thing? healthy temps? just got a cryorig h7 put in, seems to run wayy cooler now but i'm not sure how to read thermal margin or exactly what temperature that translates to. anyone help me out?

also, does AOD overclock automatically as soon as you run it or is that something you have to do manually? I'm not interested in OC'ing

That's very good temperature, higher margin the better. It's difference to 72c but it's more important at full load as idle is not that accurate and even less important.
AOD doesn't overclock unless you do changes yourself.
