[SOLVED] amd overdrive voltage

Windows 10; cpu: amd fx-6300; psu: corsair vs 550w
I dont know if its a hardware or a software problem. Within 5 minutes of starting my pc, the DRAM, HT & GPU voltages get fixed to max. The bars just shoot back up after i hit apply.

This doesn't always occur, but often it does. Pc runs just fine when this happens.
Happens everytime, but not only, when i open speedfan to reduce my cpu fan speed.

is this a cause for concern? any fix?

If those voltages really g up that far yes would not be good.

Treid reinstalling the software?
