Question AMD pc crashing whenever booting up or shortly after

Hi,
I have an AMD Ryzen 7 3800X 8-core processor, 3900 Mhz, 8 core prebuilt that I bought about a year ago. The pc worked fine for months till recently about a month ago when I started having problems with it. At first it would only crash while playing video games, but now it crashes when I first boot up or shortly after when I open an application. I don't know what's causing this and I have very limited knowledge of computers so I don't even know where to start. I have updated my gpu drivers so I don't think that's an issue anymore. I also get really bad ping spikes in game because of my pc overheating and then crashing. Anyone has any idea as to how I can fix my problem?

What is the make/model of this rig? You could also provide a list of the complete specs (make/model of all installed components).

This sounds like a possible heat and/or power issue, at first guess. This puts the PSU at the top of the list of culprits.

With it being a Cyber Power it's almost for sure the power supply.

That PSU-shaped object is the likely cause of your distress. Is your rig still under warranty?

If not, what is your budget to replace it?
