My PC has started to freeze these days. For the last few days it would freeze when idle, but not while gaming. I thought it would be because of cooling, but I ran with Afterburner, and the temps are 30C for CPU and 50C for GPU while gaming. Now, it even freezes while gaming. So, I've tried re-seating the cooler, GPU and RAM.
The only addition is Samsung EVO 860 500GB which I've added last month after my WD Green 1TB disk died. To eliminate it, I tried removing it and the PC still froze. Lastly I tried to reset BIOS settings, and it froze within seconds.
Right now all the components are outside the PC, SDDs are disconnected. I've booted it on USB with windows installer and it hasn't frozen for the past hour. It had frozen on BIOS on "AI Tweaker" section.

I've already updated Windows, Nvidia Drivers and BIOS. I don't know where to look next.
