Question AMD Phenom 8650 unlock 4th core

I watched a bunch of videos on youtube that a fourth 4th core could be unlocked on triple-core phenom processors.
I have GA-MA770-UD3 motherboard
I did everything the same way I looked at youtube and when I open task manager or some program like a speccy I don't have a 4th core.
Does anyone know how I could fix this?

I don't remember being able to unlock the turned off cores in first gen Phenom.
