I am upgrading my parents old 2008 HP Pavilion PC and replacing the GPU, CPU, Power Supply, and adding ram. Will the CPU be able to handle games like Rocket League, CS-GO and Overwatch at 60fps on med/high settings? Should i expect there to be a serious bottleneck? I do not plan on overclocking because i dont wanna replace the stock 2008 air cooling. Also will this motherboard fry with a 500W power supply? It had only a 250 Watt before. Thanks for any responses!
Here is my build:

CPU: AMD Phenom 9600 Quad-Core 2.3 GHz
Motherboard: The MCP61PM-HM (Nettle3) motherboard
GPU: Radeon rx 460
PSU: EVGA 500 W1, 80+ WHITE 500W Power Supply
Cooling: Stock HP Pavillion 2 small fans.
Ram: 7GB DDR2
2 Hard Drives: 360GB SATA and 80GB SATA (I plan on hooking up both)
Watts seem to check out at about 380-420 Watts on calculators.

THANK YOU!

Solution
It'll bottleneck Overwatch. IPC is too low. And your computer won't fry with a 500W PSU, but since it's an old CPU, it may pull too much wattage then have stability issues.
