Amd phenom II 955 oc, and vcore

I've been dabbling with Overclocking my cpu, phenom II 955 BE.

To start, I'll give you some info on my hardware.
antec 1200 case
asus m4a88td-v usb 3 mobo
phenom II 955 BE------ using corsair h60 for cooling, with push/pull on my lower rear exhaust.
G skill sniper ddr3 low voltage
msi twin frozr gtx 460

I'm getting vcore changes from 1.09 v to 1.4 using pc probe II, the software that came with the mobo. No heat issues, currently, idles around 30-34c and peaks at 42-44c with a 3.6 ghz oc, ram is running at 1600 mhz.

I've seen a few guides around for overclocking, and I'm still a little skeptical about it. Is this change in voltage any threat to my processor?
Also, any suggestions as to how I should 'properly' adjust settings, like ram timings, and voltage to both, respectively.
Not worried about overheating, as my stock cooling was peaking near 50c under load, with no oc.

sure had success from Prime95 for 8 hours, you have
the cpu BE 3.6Ghz, ram 1600 .. it looks good and is very high, keep it stable at low voltage. Says do not need extreme oc think because it will rarely be used for daily.

Ermmm, I'm afraid I don't understand your dialect... I haven't run prime 95, nor do I have the program. Some elaboration would be nice. Sorry if I misunderstood.

Test your OC use software Prime95 to 8 hours or use software IBT ( intelburn test ).
i think your voltage ... ok, 1.4v ummm, usually some people for 3.6Ghz still default voltage 1.28 ~ 1.36v
