AMD Phenom II x2 560 BE is now AMD Engineering sample 1.6ghz

Hi guys, since 2012 I have running with no problems my cpu AMD Phenom II x2 560 BE at 3.30Ghz and today while surfing the web with multiple tabs I notice that it's kind of slow, so I go to the windows system properties and the processor is now an AMD Engineering Sample 1.6Ghz, go to CPU-Z and says the processor is AMD Opteron 1300, go to the bios and says the same.

What happened?

Please help!

Yuor CPU or your motherboard or the BIOS on the mobo just broke.

I turned off the computer and 15 minutes later I turned it on. All good. It seems it was something related to any software upgrade.
