AMD Phenom II X4 945 Deneb 3.0GHz HS question

I ordered a AMD Phenom II X4 945 Deneb 3.0GHz today off newegg and whas wondering if this cpu would work with it? http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835887002I am kind of a newb when it comes to cpu's and heatsinks. I have been tinkering with PC's since I was about 10 (now 20) and have not done alot with the heatsinks.Any help would be much appreciated.

xigmatek make great heatsinks. i use the 92mm rifle hs on my phenom II x3 and keeps it nice and chilly
