AMD Phenom ii x4 955 BE+ MSI 770-G45 | Compatible?

I am planning to upgrade my mobo. Will this mobo support my cpu amd phenom ii x4 955 b.e based on this page? I have no idea about the '.zip' thing. This: 7599vA4.zip
Do i have to update my bios ver.? Or just install it simply?

I am no AMD expert !
looking at the manual it clearly indicates Processor Support AMD® Phenom II X4/ X3 and Athlon X4/ X3/ X2 processor in the AM3 package
without any indications about "limitations"
looking at the specs from the AMD Phenom ii x4 955 , it looks to me it will work just fine on this board.
it is possible you may need a bios upgrade but I have doubts you do.
