AMD Phenom II X4 960T OC advice

Hi, I've got a 960T running at about 3.6ghz not much of an OC, but I was just wondering, how fast should my RAM be to fully utilize my CPU? 1333, 1600, faster? I play a bunch of games on it, and don't want my CPU waiting on my memory.

It is not but 1600 would be measurably faster than 1333 but not noticeably.
