Hi,i have been doing some overclocking lately with my phenom II X4 965,and i can't get past 19 multiplier. There are two voltage settings.CPU VDD which is set to 1.485 and CPU-NB VDD,which is set on auto.My idle temps are at 32.5,with the 19.5 multiplier pc crashes after 15 minutes of gaming,Thanks for any response

Solution
Well you're not at your thermal limits, and your not at your voltage limits. Try turning up your voltage to 1.5V and see if you can get a little more stability.
If I'm not mistaken, that translates out to a 3.8ghz speed which isn't bad. You can actually take your voltage up to 1.5 - that has been confirmed by AMD as perfectly safe, that might help a bit with stability under load.

Speaking of load, you mentioned that your idle temps are 32.5, what are your load temps? Three things can cause crashing:

1) not enough voltage.
2) too high of a temp.
3) limits of physics (aka the 'silicon lottery')

Your voltage isn't maxed out. Max load temp is 65C before it'll shut down. Knowing those will determine if you're just at the limits of that specific chip.

Thanks, sorry for my late response,i ran one hour stress test and the temps peaked at 51,8 degrees
