Clean your cooler and replace thermal paste. If that does not help, invest into a better cooler and/or improve airflow in your case, that's your only option.

i do have a hyper 212 evo already so ill just buy thermal paste and see if that works then i hope it does.
You only other option is to lower the clocks and voltage. In most cases, overclocking is not worth risking the system stability and longevity.
i change the fan direction and my temps on idle are 35-34 now on bf4 it is 54-55 max.so am going to oc it again back to 3.8 and see if i can get temps under 62c
