AMD phenom II X6 issue

I want to buy new RAM but i wonder if the phenom II X6 1090T can run 1833MHz or 2100MHz..

PC Spces:
CPU: Phenom II X6 1090T
CPU: GTX 770 4GB gainward phantom
SSD: 120 gb samsung evo

i'm asking because i can get 2100MHz same price as 1866MHz so i wonder which one i should buy.

but i read something about ddr3 2133MHz that i need to oc and i don't know hot to do that :3
