AMD Phenom ll 1090t overclock

I'm running a Phenom ll 1090t on a m5a97 motherboard and corsair vengeance 4x4gb ram but I can't seem to get a stable overclock over 3.7ghz, it will bsod when I run prime95 with various errors

I'm running it at 1.41v for 3.7ghz
And trying to get 3.8ghz at 1.425v

Yes I've disabled cool n quiet, and all other things you were suppose to disable for a cpu overclock

it seems you are hitting the voltage wall, there comse a point for each chip when the voltage required for higher clocks start grow exponentially, meaning you just need more volts and cooling headroom
