Amd phenom x4 970 BE

i have a amd phenom x4 970 at stock 3.5ghz and was wondering if i could get it to 4.0ghz or 3.7 oc stable does anyone know ? the stable oc ?

Most Phenoms will reach close to 4GHz if provided with good enough cooling. I ran a 955BE at 3.8GHz for a while.
