Hello, I want to ask if the AMD Phenom X4 is compatible with HP compaq dc5750 small form factor?

No. The compaq dc5750 small form factor uses the older Athlon 64/Sempron series CPUs , 4-5 yers older than the Phenom X4

both chip types are really, really old though.

the Athon 64-era CPU will choke on most modern websites, nevermind do any other activities.
