amd phenom x6 1045t with gtx 1060 3gb

would there be a bottleneck with the amd phenom x6 1045t oc'd to 3.4 ghz paired with a gtx 1060 3gb? thanks!

You probably wouldn't see full performance using the Phenom 2 with the 1060, a 1050 would be a better pairing, or you should consider a processor upgrade soon if you do go the 1060 route.
