No, not really. Mostly because (no offense) the bundled games tend to be games that are not of interest to me.

Prices of GPU need to drop significantly, especially in non-US regions where the strong $ makes GPU unaffordable. Adding a game isn't going to cut it.

Not as such. But when someone is considering to purchase either i.e. RTX 3070 or RX 6700 XT, getting two brand new games with the latter, for some that may be a factor in the purchase decision.

might be the case in the past but AMD/Nvidia, publisher and participated retailer have put some measure to prevent this kind of thing.

maybe to those that have no specific preference. those that really want to go with nvidia card for example will still going to buy nvidia GPU even doing so will cost them more money. for this kind of buyer it doesn't matter if the alternative are cheaper or offering something more (like free games) it will not going to change their mind.
