Retail boxed cpus are three years for both Intel and Amd. Oem tray cpus typically come with a thirty day warranty, though some dealers will extend it to ninety days. No receipt, then you may have to ask for one from the seller. Dell, hp, gateway typically warranty all parts of their pc's including cpus for one year.
