AMD QUAD FX 72 Overclocking

Hi. I got a AMD quad fx 72 system (watercooled), with 8 gigs of memory (OCZ Dual Channel 4096MB PC6400 DDR2 800MHz X2) and I would like to know how to safely overclock it, since I haven't much experience, I'd appreciate any help or tips you can give me. Thanks.

Increase the FSB test it out until it becomes unstable. Or you can wait until Toms comes up with a guide
