Amd R2 or Amd HD 5000

Hello , I have a question , which is better Amd R2 or Amd HD 5000 , I mean both are same in graphics ?

Example : if I play on Amd R2 on medium graphics when I play on Amd HD 5000 will I play on Medium graphics too or higher or lower ? Thank you

You need to be more specific. Neither of these is really meant for gaming, and the HD 5000 is old tech as well. So in theory there might be no difference between them OR the R2 might be better due to the newer tech it features. It's impossible to say without knowing more.
