AMD R200 Series vs HD7000 Series

I just bought R7 250 OC Edition and I compare it with HD7750. The result is, It not even better with HD7750. So, why does AMD create R200 Series if HD7000 Series is awesome, both are using GCN Architechture, What is the different between those ?

actually the new R9/R7 200 series are mostly rebranded part from HD7000 series. some others were tweak a bit from the original HD7000 series. only R9 290X and R9 290 are totally new from AMD. looking from the spec sheet R7 250 and HD7750 is the same card some R7 250 could have much lower SP than HD7750.
