I have a HP Prodesk 600 SFF with AMD R7 240 2Gb low profile. This card always worked fine on this and in a Elite 8000 SFF, both working with Windows 10.
This setup is connect by HDMI to a UHD TV and pushed the resolution to 4K alike.
Made anniversary update on Windows 10.
Now from nothing and no warning the image just goes away and no signal information on the TV, the only solution is power botton pressed until it turns off. Windows events gives information of power failure, all indication goes to graphics card.
I have all drivers up to date.

Solution
Problem seems to be solved.
Made a clean instalion of Windows 10 AU (anniversary update included) instaed of Windows 10 and "forced" update, latest driver from AMD website instaled, same hardware and graphics resolution, so far with no crash or errors, resumes from standby perfectly.
My opinion; problem came from the anniversary update that somehow conflicted with graphics drivers and/or power management to crash.
