AMD R7 250 graphics card support on my motherboard ?

I am willing to buy a Sapphire AMD Radeon R7 250 with Boost 1 GB DDR5 Graphics Card will support on my Asus P5KPL-AM/PS INTEL motherboard or not ?
And also can you suggest a graphics card in this rage of price please..

You should be fine since it has a pcie x16 but this is a really old motherboard and you might struggle to find ram for this since it uses ddr2 i would recommend a newer mobo if you can get one
