I have 2 R7 250 OC 2GB DDR3. I have a problem with one of the cards that is detected as 200 series but after uninstalling the drivers and manually clean installing 250 drivers it reboots and says 200. Im mad that I cant use both cards to crossfire both cards look the same and have the same sticker on them. I was wondering if anyone can help me with whats going on here?

Well my other card in the adrenaline settings shows as 250 but the other only says 200 and is the only one overclockable in AMD settings atleast. Also the option for crossfire doesnt show up, I would believe since its literally the same card it would show correctly as the other. I just left the "200" in my PC with the 250 for now, but have tried doing the clean installs with both cards in and only the "200" in the PC.

The 250 noticeably performs better than the 200. I plug my hdmi into the 250 and have it in the 16x slot as the primary card. The "200" performs a little worse than the 250 but is noticeable even when plugged alone in the 16x slot. I dont know if your referring to making the 250 have the same drivers as the 200 to crossfire? I have seen people have had the same issue getting HD 7000 drivers.

I know Im not getting confused what cards are which they are duplicate MSI R7 250 2GD3 OC 1.8 GHz 2GB DDR3 Video Graphics Cards with the same sticker and cooler. They both came from IBuyPower prebuilt units the good card came in my desktop, while the other came from my buddy and had the same problem and just eventually just gave it to me because he replaced it. Just trying to crossfire and see what kind of performance I can get, I watched a video someone benchmarked crossfired.
