I have two unidentified drivers when I look at my device manager. I recently installed a Saphire R7 250 2GB and have noticed green pixels replacing what seems to be shaders/shadows. I believe these two issues are connected as I did not have the pixel problem nor the driver problem until after I installed the R7 250.

I have installed the drivers from the disc as well as updated them through the device manager (search online update)
It does show the R7 250 in display adapters as "Radeon R7 200 Series"

1st Missing Driver
PCI Device
Location: PCI bus 0, device 0, function 2
Hardware IDs:

PCI\VEN_1022&DEV_1419&CC_080600
PCI\VEN_1022&DEV_1419&CC_0806
Google Search claims it to be an AMD IOMMU Device

2nd Missing Driver
SM Bus Controller
Location: PCI bus 0, device 20, function 0
Hardware IDs:
PCI\VEN_1022&DEV_780B&SUBSYS_77211462&REV_14
PCI\VEN_1022&DEV_780B&SUBSYS_77211462

PCI\VEN_1022&DEV_780B&CC_0C05
Google Search claims it to be an AMD SMBus

Current Parts:
AMD A6-6400k Dual Core APU with Radeon HD 8470D (4.33 GHz Overclocked)
Saphire Radeon R7 250 2GB (1100 MHz GPU Clock & Memory Clock OC'ed)
MSI A55M-E33 Micro ATX FM2+
G.SKILL 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Dual Channel (4096 MB)
Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM

So I see people are still reading this and I'm still having this problem. I have downloaded ALL of the most recent amd drivers from the amd site. The shader/shadow problem seems to be getting worse but no one else has replied. Is no one else having this problem except me?

Right click the devices in the Device Manager and select "Properties"
Click "Details" and choose "Hardware IDs" from the drop down menu.
Then right click that long sting of characters, copy, and paste into google (Here's an example from my audio driver: HDAUDIO\FUNC_01&VEN_1002&DEV_AA01&SUBSYS_00AA0100&REV_1002)

Have a look at what the results suggest these items are and then go hunt down the drivers for them. It's best to get the drivers from a manufacturers page.

Also, did you install the AMD Catalyst drivers for the new card? They come with extra drivers for the additional components on the board (HD Audio drivers, etc).

Yes I have installed and updated all identified drivers.

Hey bud i think it is a problem with an older motherboard with PCI 1 and trying to install a newer card PCI X 3. What you have to do is a custom install off the drivers and not a express install. if that dont work may have to get a PCI express 2.0 card and still do a express install. The same ploblem happened to me and it was saying error 10 standard video graphics (VGA) where the only drivers it would install. i think it may have been a compatability issue with the motherboard
