AMD R7 260X - New pc - No gaming settings/performance in catalyst control centre

Hi guys,

So i recently purchased a new PC - please find the component list below
Zoostorm Gaming Desktop PC
Intel Core i5-4460
8GB DDR3
1600Mhz Ram
2TB HDD
ATX Case with 500W PSU
B85 Motherboard
AMD R7-260X Grahics Card
Windows 7 Currently Installed

Basically i have extremely limited settings and have tried numerous things such as wiping the graphics drivers off the PC and re installing, nothing seems to work, i have even downgraded OS from 8.1 to 7 to ensure compatibility including running the driver installation in compatibility mode of windows 7, im really stuck on this one - any tips?

PS - i am running the catalyst control center in expanded mode also

I cannot boot this from PCIE slot 1 either in bios - will just get a black screen - HELP!

Have you installed Display Driver ? Also try older driver version and try to Update BIOS.

Right - turned out to be a faulty hdmi cable crossed with my monitor -

Onto problem B-

I have swapped monitors now to this one here - http://www.cnet.com/products/samsung-le19r86bd-19-lcd-tv/specs/

I am having some troubles with the resolution/ screen quality - i need to know how to configure my screen correctly through the ccc - please help ive been trying all day

I think windows does that automatic,that TV is not full HD so you cant expect high picture quality.
