AMD r9 270x problems, no signal

Hello!

Im building my new computer by myself and faced a problem that i could not fix on my own. He is the parts i have:

-Intel i5-3570K
-AsRock Z77 Pro3
-Cooler Master 600W
-XFX AMD Radeon R9 270X
-im using windows 7

My problem is that when i was installing the drivers i managed to instal all of them, except graphic cards driver. After i did instal graphic card drivers the screen froze after couple of minutes and eventually went completely black and said "DVI no signal". Computer runs just fine when its on mode that doesnt use graphic card drivers. I have no idea what is going wrong and im putting a lot of effort to this on my own also.

Things i have tried:
-reinstalling everything
-reinstalling and using older graphic card drivers
-lowering fan speed to 60% (some thread suggested)
-using DVI, VGA and HDMI
-re blugging the device and making use it is plugged properly
-read a lot forums

None of them workes so i posted a thread on my own. Pls help a newbie.

Make sure to install latest chipset drivers before installing anything else on your pc.

Above is the manufacturer's website download section for your motherboard. See to it that you have the most recent BIOS flashed.

After doing some sifting in reviews on newegg, I have found that there are several people with your problem using more modern AMD Graphics Cards; AsRock insisted that the issues would stop when the BIOS was updated.

Then do a bios update and install the gpu driver as "run as administrator"

bios update done, still not working. After starting computer it says display drivers not detected and freese again. Any ideas?

Did you ever resolve this issue? I'm having a very similar problem with an asus r9 270 and an asrock z77 extreme 4....
