AMD R9 290 bricked bios

So on the AMD r9 290 there are 2 different bios for quite and uber modes. But when i try to run the uber mode the graphics card will run windows fine but will refuse to run games.

By refuse i mean that it will simply just crash and reboot my PC.

but in quite mode it works fine, I have a corsar cs750 power supply if that makes any differnce

Maybe a bad card, maybe a bad power supply. Did you contact the vendor and see what they say?
