So guy I have a desktop with an AMD FX6300 @4.1 with the corsair h60... It is on a Gigabyte 970 ud3p motherboard... Has 12 Gigs of ram @1333 and a sandisk ssd 64gb and an hdd 1TB green WD. I currently have an r9 290 asus... i was thinkig if i should upgrade to an r9 295x2 or just add a second r9 290... i dont have psu problems cause i have a corsair 1200w. I firstly thought that the 295 would be better since the second pcie is x4 and it would slow the second card down but i am not sure... So what is your opinion... thank you

You are less likely to encounter bottleneck issues with that CPU, even though it's @ 4.1Ghz, with the 290 than you are with the 295x2.

I wouldn't even consider the other two options without upgrading the CPU to an 8 core overclocked unit or you're likely to bottleneck and experience significant stuttering and random FPS issues.

Are there any other solutions for playing 4k with better framerates? I just asked about AMDs because I've heard they have a much better reputation on 4k :) And thank you guys for your time

If you want to run multiple monitors with any or all of them at 4K resolutions, you are going to need to step up your hardware. An i7 4790k or an overclocked i5-4690k would be the obvious choices but you can probably do reasonably well with two big cards (Which you DO need for high frame rates at 4k resolutions, especially with multiple monitors, whether they are all at 4K or not.) and an 8 core FX with a big overclock. The 6300 is probably going to suffer to at least some degree even if you ramp up your overclock.

So you sau i should throw my money to a better cpu propably FX so i dont need to change motherboard and see how it goes and then upgrade my cards?

That would probably not be a bad idea at all. Maybe take the FX-8320, since it's cheaper and is the same chip as the 8350, which just has a factory overclock, and run it up to about 4.3-4.5, wherever you can take it and keep it stable at. That might make a big difference in performance with the GPU you already have although if you're going to 4k monitors you WILL need a second card for anything over medium settings, and maybe even at medium.
