Basically, I want to know if my Thermaltake toughpower grand 1050 watt Gold PSU would supply enough amperage on the 12v rails to power up the r9 295x2. It has two 12v rails, 12v1 and 12v2. The 12v1 can supply 40 A and the 12v2 80 A. Amd says the card requires 28 A of current on each pin and 50 A in total.

So I would like to know if my PSU would be able to power the GPU with no problem

My system:
intel i7 3820 @ stock speed (3.6ghz)
ddr3 32gb ram @ 1600 mhz
1 2tb 7200 rpm sata drive
1 500gb 7200 rpm sata drive
1 120gb ssd
Asus sabertooth x79 Motherboard
and ofc. the r9 295x2 (not installed yet)

Yeah I just noticed that a minute ago, thanks for clarifying xD
My current gpu has one in the 12v rail and one on the 12v2 (gtx680). But I might as well as put both on the 12v2
