AMD R9 380 4GB, 16GB of RAM, But a Amd a4-7300

My pc specs (above) are pretty good except for the CPU.
How much of a difference will an upgraded cpu make on my pc?

Even with the great specs, it has trouble running minecraft.
Is this because of the cpu or something else?

I just recently built it and I'm not exactly an expert on the topic.




Also, (less important) when i download a browser, after a restart it wont work anymore. Same goes with razer synapse, after a computer restart, it wont work properly and i need to reinstall. If someone could touch on this as well as the main problem that would be great.

cpu is 100% the problem from the specs you gave. that is a pretty high end gpu and a pretty low end cpu. difference will probably be night and day.
