AMD R9 380 visual artifacts and black screen

My Win10 64bit machine has suddenly started to give visual artifacts and very frequent black screens, as if the display is not detected, both in and out of games. They first occured in CS:GO but since first appearing have appeared very frequently outside of games even when the GPU is under very little pressure.

I initally thought this was a driver issue and installed the most recent stable AMD drivers, but the issues carried on so I performed a full reinstall on the machine with no success. Even after a fresh install of Win10 the issues have not stopped. I have been putting the machine under stress, and the artifacting does appear to become more severe as the temperature of the card rises, but the card has not gone over 80℃, and the issues are still present when idle at ~45℃. I have tried running the machine on onboard graphics and there are no issues, so would like a second opinion on what the issue could be and what to try.

Cheers!

Same conclusion I'd come to, thanks for the confirmation. Have also had the chance to test the card in another machine and having the same problems. Card it is!

Cheers! :)

i can confirm this, while not the burning gpu part, since its only 60c or so when the screen getting dark, turn off, and the system freeze and crash, i can somewhat confirm its the newest driver, since the problem occur just after i install the newest driver, THANK GOD the system restore works, already used the computer about 2 hours with no problem at all, even tho theres also no amd driver running on the tray
