AMD Radeon™ HD 8670M glitches

Suddenly after starting a game with AMD Radeon™ HD 8670M game freezes then driver crashes and glitches apear, small remains even after reboot. Looks like it burned out, but no smell and when you do a fresh install of a driver 16.9.2 no glitches when you load windows and you can play a little before it crashes again. Earlier i did a defragmentation and after glitches get a bdsod too "ntfs_file system" windows wont boot untill i reset bios to defaults and reinstall it. Ckeing HDD and RAM with windows utilities give no errors. When it happen i use AMD 16.1.15 no whql i belive. With hd4000 system seems to work fine and you can play ofc with ulta low fps. http://imgur.com/a/29YUY
