AMD Radeon 3D graphics settings

So I recently restarted my computer and I got a program started up asking about my 3d settings for games and it offered me the chance to change some stuff so naturally me being the idiot I am, I changed it to the max resolution and now my games lag even if I change the settings from inside the game. Does anyone how to bring that back up so I can change low again?

Hi,
Go to your Catalyst Control Center. Go to the 3d settings area.

Check the settings out - maybe your can restore them to default.
